Privacy notice

How OnCaze handles the data of the law offices that use it and of their clients, and what this website collects.

When your office uses OnCaze

The law office decides what to collect about its clients and owns that data. OnCaze keeps it and works on it only to provide the service to the office. In short:

  • We don't sell it, share it for advertising or use it to train AI.
  • It is stored in the United States, encrypted, and kept apart from every other office. Secret numbers are masked on screen and hidden before any text goes to an AI service.
  • Clients use the assistant, voice recording and messages only after they agree, and they see a short notice in their language first.
  • The office can export any case at any time. When an office leaves, its data is deleted after 30 days, and backups expire within 35 days more.

The details are in the terms of service. Clients who want to see or correct their information should ask their law office, which controls it.
